Beautiful hotel in a great location in Sorrento
Beautiful centrally located property with excellent facilities
The breakfast wasn’t up to the standard of the property. Staff were really hard working and polite but not enough of them . Food was limited and coffee very slow to arrive. It was busy but with hotel guests so shouldn’t have been a surprise.

I could not have been happier with our stay at the Intercontinental Sorrento - will be back.
I particularly loved the warm welcome from the moment we pulled up to the barrier in the car park, and every interaction with staff from thereon was brilliant. It's a very special place to stay.
My only disappointment was that Audrey's was not open on Monday evening - it was my birthday and we would have loved to dine there, but totally understand not everything is always possible. Next time perhaps?

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff - forget the terrace rooms though.
The location, the rebuild is great. Lovely renovation has brought the old girl back to life. Fantastic staff, Audrey’s was amazing!
The King Premium Terrace Bay View is not worth the money. You look out over the roof of the pool, few palm fronds and a glimpse of ocean in the distance. Book a Heritage room, they may be smaller and may not have a terrace, but worth the lower price.
